§ 32.05. Vacancies; removal from office.

Vacancies occurring in the membership of the Planning Commission shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired portion of the term of each such office. Any appointee to the Planning Commission may be removed from office by not less than five members of the Council voting in favor of such removal.
