§ 92.99. Penalty.

(A)

Any person who violates the provisions of Sections 92.10 through 92.15, 92.17 through 92.19, 92.30, 92.31, 92.35 or 92.36(C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(B)

A violation of the provisions of Section 92.12 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000.00 which fine shall be deposited in the general fund of the Town.
