§ 96.03. Supplemental rules and regulations; violations.

The Council, from time to time, may adopt by resolution rules and regulations for the purpose of controlling the use of trails and implementing this chapter. Each violation of such rules and regulations duly adopted shall be deemed to be an infraction and subject to the penalties set forth in Section 10.99 of this Code.
