§ 72.45. Authority to establish loading zones.

(A)

Authority to determine and mark. The Town Engineer, where authorized by resolution of the Town Council, shall determine and mark loading zones and passenger loading zones as follows:

(1)

At any place in the central traffic district or any business district; and

(2)

In front of the entrance to any place of business or in front of any hall or place used for the purposes of public assembly.

(B)

Limitations. In no event shall more than one-half of the total curb length in any block be reserved for loading zone purposes.

(C)

Loading zone indications. Loading zones shall be indicated by yellow paint upon the top of all curbs within such zones.

(D)

Passenger loading zone indications. Passenger loading zones shall be indicated by white paint upon the top of all curbs within such zones.
