§ 110.06. Violations.

With the exception of a violation of Section 110.04, the violation of any provision of this chapter, including the failure to produce a license for inspection pursuant to Section 110.22(B), shall be an infraction, punishable as set forth in Sections 10.40 through 10.58 and 10.99 of this Code.
