Any
use
, which was authorized at the time it was established, but which is no longer authorized,
other than transmission poles and lines existing on September 11, 1980, which is listed
as a
conditional use
in the district where located, for which a
conditional use permit
has not been granted by the
Town
, shall be and remain a
nonconforming use
until a
use
permit is obtained.
