§ 153.412. Applicability.

The regulations set forth in this subchapter shall apply:

(A)

For the purpose of determining the minimum percent of each lot to remain in a natural state for the following:

(1)

All undeveloped hillside lots, where the net average slope of the lot exceeds 12½ percent created under the subdivision provisions; and

(2)

All developed lots with a net average slope of more than 12½ percent and which exceed one acre in size; and

(B)

For the purpose of determining the maximum number of lots and lot size pursuant to the slope-density requirements for all undeveloped parcels and lots where the gross average slope of the lot or parcel exceeds 15 percent.
