§ 96.05. Violations.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter. Each violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, except a violation of Section 96.03 which shall be an infraction, and subject to the penalties set forth in Section 10.99 of this Code.
